We were met on the new car lot by Blake Paggett. He was very friendly and asked if he could assist us, I told him we were looking for a Base Highlander with a tow package. Blake seemed very knowledgeable o very friendly and asked if he could assist us, I told him we were looking for a Base Highlander with a tow package. Blake seemed very knowledgeable of the available inventory. I would say we were on the lot less than ten minutes before Blake had greeted us and found the vehicle for us. Blake showed us all the updated features v/s our 2009 Highlander and the additional equipment the new Highlander had. Blake was very complimentary towards our vehicle. We decided to see if we could make a deal. During negotiations Blake was very patient as we held out for the deal that we were comfortable with, on our agreement Jack Money came and thank us for the sale. The day of delivery we arrived and the new Highlander was being equipt with the Toyota tow reciever, we were surprised that the dealership could get the hitch in less than two days and have it installed prior to delivery. Delivery went very fast and without a problem, we expressed our appreciation to Gus for Blake and Steet Toyota for an great sales experience. More

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Greg Smith. I enjoy his approach to sales. No pressure. If they have what you want, he'll sell it to you. I personally hate the haggle approach that so many sales people take. I feel like Greg gives me a fair price on the vehicle I want. I also feel like he's given me a fair price on our trade-ins. I want it to be simple. You give me your best price and I'll decide if it is what I want. I don't mind the dealer making money, I just don't want to walk out feeling like I've been taken advantage of(whether I have or not is irrelevant). I think Greg has the same intention in mind and I'd do business with him again. More

We were looking for an economical auto, and found that the Toyota Prius got the best gas mileage, and was comfortable to drive and ride in, and was also roomy enough. Loving it so much, we are planning to drive it to Colorado and rent a trailer instead of pulling our camper this year, as we will be close to the same in costs, but without the headache of having to consider winds and such in pulling the trailer. Without question this was the best experience of my life purchasing a new/used car. The sales staff was patient and always kept my interests in the forefront. I never once felt pressured to purchase outside of my comfort zone or budget. Blake went out of his way on numerous occassions to find the perfect vehicle with all the features and for the price I had requested. The staff of Street Toyota (Blake, Hamid, Mike, David, Bonnie and Tucker was supportive and thorough every step of the way. Blake and Mike had on numerous occassions gone way beyond my expectations and now I have a beautiful 2011 Avalon with all the bells and whistles!
