I came in to see the prices and options on the Tundras. I met Andre, and he walked me down and showed me the trucks available with the type of package I had in mind. He fully informed me of the extra additions I was requesting, retrax and navigation. I felt comfortable sitting down with him and discussing the price and payment options. I initially was there just to get this information, but he managed to enlighten me of the great deal in front of me for the exact truck I had been there to look into. It just happened to also be the only truck at the time on the lot that was the color and had the particular options I wanted (TSS Off Road with shift not on console, CrewMax, not Red or White). I have not regret my decision to purchase the vehicle at all. I had to bring it back a couple of days later to have the retrax and navigation installed, a vehicle (loaner) was there for me, had a phone call late in the day to give me an update, then a call later when ready. The service staff have always been cheerful and attentive to our needs. I came to the dealership primarily to look at the used Tundra and wish and dream of ownership. That is when I met James Cobb. Mr Cobb was very attentive and caring as to our needs. He knew that I was just looking and wishing but he devoted all his time and energy to try to find a way to put us in a Tundra using my tradein with the money I was wanting to spend. He took us all over to try to find something I could afford. He could have blown me off as I was not thinking I was going to find anything at this time to purchase. He found me a 2011 Tundra that was a weekend special, showed it to us and let us drive it. The truck looked like it rolled in right out of the oil field. James had it detailed and it looked great. Like I said, James could have blown us off and went on to his other clients that were a better prospect for a sale but he stayed right with us like we were the most important people in the place. He continued working with us right up to the time we drove away in our Tundra. I came back the next Friday to have the windshield replaced and again got the same greeting and attention from Mr Cobb. After the windshield was replaced and I was at the truck about to leave, he made it a point to excuse himself from a meeting to come out to the truck and say goodbye and thank me again for my purchase. I feel Mr Cobb is a VERY BIG asset to Street Toyota. More
