On Tuesday, July 2, 2013, someone named Anthony (never said his last name), called me to say "you have eight car payments left and we sold 550 cars, due to the hail storm, last month and we have customers said his last name), called me to say "you have eight car payments left and we sold 550 cars, due to the hail storm, last month and we have customers who would like to purchase your car". He made an appointment for me at 11 the next day. I told him I love my car. So I showed up the next day at 10:45 with all the papers and payment book in hand. I think I tried every car on the lot, even several Prius's. I just did not "get" the feel of the new models. I even sat in a Lexus. Then I tried a white Rav 4 and a Medium Blue Camry. I liked the feel of the Rav 4. But I needed a unique color. Low and behold I fell in love with a 2013 Barcelona red Rav 4. I am still stunned. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Both salesmen were very considerate of what we wanted and were very helpful in finding just the right vehicle. Derick was very polite and never tried to push us into purchasing something just to make a sale. When we entered the dealership I requested Ben, but was told that he was no longer with Street Toyota, so I told the receptionist that I didn't want a pushy salesman, Derick fulfilled that request. Derick was very instrumental in finding us a vehicle equipped the way we wanted and we are very pleased with the vehicle .The young lady that showed us the different features of the Rav4 was also very helpful and kind.
