We were looking at a car through our insurance's buying program, and Street Toyota was one of the few nearby participants. David responded immediately to our request for information on a Toyota Coro buying program, and Street Toyota was one of the few nearby participants. This was a very short fused transaction as my husband was returning from a cross country trip, and his car was experiencing mechanical difficulties along the way. He diverted on his return to Amarillo, where David met him and showed him several cars that fit the criteria of the insurance buying program. We received an EXCELLENT trade-in value on his old car, and received an outstanding total cost on the purchase. Jerry was very helpful in answering all our questions concerning the deal. Courtney was extremely helpful in explaining the new features of the car, and in helping us transfer material from the old car to the new. The whole staff was courteous and extremely professional. An hour or two after leaving the dealership, I had realized that I made an error in the financial transaction. Though the dealership was officially closed, I found that Jerry was still there. He was able to correct the transaction immediately despite the lateness of the hour, which was a HUGE blessing to us as we lived over two hours away. I cannot say enough great things about the staff of Street Toyota. More

He could give me a good deal on my trade-in, and my new car would be available the next day! I live in Abilene, Texas and was on my way to visit family in Colorado, so I stopped by the dealership on my way up, and my new 4Runner was ready and waiting for me! David had everything ready, took care of the paperwork quickly and efficiently, told me about all the "bells and whistles," and got me on my way in a short amount of time. David is one of the friendliest people I have ever met, and it is obvious that he enjoys what he does. He is proud of the product he sells, the dealership he works for, and the people he works with, and he treats his customers as if they are the most important people anywhere. My overall experiences with Street Toyota, and with David Saied, have always been excellent. I always recommend them to anyone who asks about where I bought my car. More

I have had a very positive experience with this dealership so far. Charlie was great, and I really appreciate his friendliness and patience. I am a little bit disappointed that I already had to tak dealership so far. Charlie was great, and I really appreciate his friendliness and patience. I am a little bit disappointed that I already had to take it back to the dealership to have them balance the tires, because there was a strong vibration in the steering wheel. That is unacceptable, if I buy a brand new 2013 truck that has 46 miles on it, I should not have to bring it back the same week to have it fixed. Also, I live about an hour and a half away and that is a huge inconvenience to me to drive back to Amarillo to have it fixed. However, they did seem to fix the problem and we are all set. Very good dealership experience, I just hope that it is maintained. More

She went with an employee to see what kind of trade-in they would give me on my 2008 Avalon. She went to a manager and came back to me with a very fair price. She was very pleasant to work with, and did not pressure me in any way. Every employee that I came in contact with was very helpful and eager to make my experience a real pleasure. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and if in the future, I want another car, this would be the 1st and probably the only dealership I would need. More
