Second vehicle from Street with Chris as the salesman, a honest good salesman, a good find. Chris and the whole team involved ( can't remember the financil folks) really helped me get into a great vehicle a honest good salesman, a good find. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated great, I have gone in just to look at cars and salesman did not push or even try to sell me a car, but the minute I needed a car both times the whole team serched and worked to get me in the very best I could afford. The staff at Toyota was excellent! We made a few trips to Toyota before we made a decision on which vehicle we wanted to purchase and each time we were treated very well. There was even someone driving around handing out water to customers walking through the lot in the heat (what a blessing!). Our salesperson Derek Broyles was probably one of the best customer service people I have ever worked with. He was very patient with me through all my demands, pickiness, and when it came to making my final decision. He wasn't pushy or pressuring at all. I went to five other companies before I made this purchase and not to say that the other sales people weren't friendly but there was usually some level of pressure and if they thought they weren't getting our business they lost interest in us all together. One of the key things the ranked our sales person Derek above all others that I have worked with past or present was his knowledge of each vehicle. He knew what each of them would do, how all the technology worked, and even more impressive the mechanics of the vehicle. When it came time to purchase it was completely hassle free. The price was perfect and even though I already had financing through my bank, Toyota offered me a better rate and term. Even my experience with Jerry the financial guy was great. I didn't feel like they were trying to add in a bunch of hidden costs and he was very helpful with any questions I had. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle and walked away feeling completely comfortable and satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends! More

It's not everyday you have to go car shopping, and when you do, it's not easy to know everything about the car you are looking for and the prices you will have to pay. James took the time to find out what concerns we had, made a wish list and asked what our comfort zone was regarding price. Without wasting hours roaming up and down the lot, he sat down with us in the comfortable lobby, and we talked, ... YES TALKED! Once he learned more about us, he made some suggestions that would fit our budget, lifestyles and needs. He was remarkable. He pulled three vehicles out of his inventory to give us some options, and truthfully, everyone one of them could have fit the bill. He did his job professionally, without any pressure, and put our needs first. After Jerry took over with the paperwork, we were expecting to have the usual problems understanding the paperwork, not getting the payment or interested we wanted, or able to afford the extended warranty we needed. To our pleasant surprise, Jerry was very patient, explained what we were confused about, showed us the exact payment we would be making, and when we left, we felt confident with our decisions, and no BUYERS REMORSE!! My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Doc Holladay prior to this purchase. My wife was pretty particular on what kind of vehicle she wanted and with what amenities were in it.
