I arrived at the Street Toyota dealership at around 7:30 pmish, I had previously visited two other dealership that day. I was hot, tired and a little aggravated by the time I arrived. I had just spent 3 1/2 pmish, I had previously visited two other dealership that day. I was hot, tired and a little aggravated by the time I arrived. I had just spent 3 1/2 hours haggling at the last dealership, an hour of which I spent trying to escape, literally. I walked into Street Toyota on a recommendation of a friend. They greeted me at the front desk and offered me a cold drink, which I gladly accepted. I asked to see Greg Smith. They paged him and he promptly arrived and again asked if he could get me a drink or anything to make me comfortable. I really appreciated this as it had been a long day of about 100 degree weather. We talked a few minutes about what I wanted to see and a price range I was willing to work with. He than went and pulled a vehicle around and drove me around the lot looking and visiting about the vehicles we were looking at. We test drove one, went back into his office, he run some numbers on a used car and a new one. By 9:30, an hour and a half after the dealership officially closed, I drove away in a brand new Toyota Highlander. I was cool and happy. It was the best auto buying experience I have ever had. I left feeling like I got the deal of the day. I will most certainly be bragging about it and returning in 5 years or so to buy again. I will also be send my friends to see Greg Smith. I personally think he is awesome. More

I never in a million years expected to buy a car while my three young sons were with me. I only wanted to test drive the Prius V to see if we could all fit! From snacks and drinks, to balloon swords and dogs (multiple times, because they popped them often), the staff made sure to help my husband and I in every possible way to keep our kids happy during the transaction. We appreciated that more than anything. Purchasing the vehicle from Street was an easy process. They were helpful in trading in our car for a great price, and offering us a great price on our first ever brand new vehicle. I loved that we had someone to show us all of the special features and accessories, because we have never owned a Toyota before. My husband and I have already discussed returning to Street when we decide that it is time for him to trade in his truck next year. Thank you very much for the truly exceptional experience. More

What a wonderful surprise when we drove onto the parking lot and got out of our car and were greeted with a cold drink of water! When we asked to drive the auto, there was no hesitation, and no request for the title to our car or that we sign a form before we drove the auto. That was very nice. Everyone we talked to and visited at the business was very friendly and eager to help us with anything we needed. In all our years of auto purchasing we have never had such royal treatment.
