I would like to start by saying that Trey and the young lady who helped "deliver" the car were great. I felt that both of them helped me, and they made me feel like I was well taken care of. I did not like the way he handled things. He tried to get me to pay more than what I was willing to pay, making excuses that the car I purchased ( a hail damaged 2013 Avalon) was worth more than my offer and how they were taking a loss if they met my offer. Since they were already selling a car their insurance had paid on, and using their own body shop and staff I doubt they lost ANY money. His part in the purchase of my car left a very bad taste in my mouth. Also I found out after I took the car home that the seat warmers did not work, and a panel on the back of the driver's seat was broken. That was the second problem. The third was my service experience. When I took the car back to Street, I felt that the young lady waiting on me was somewhat hostile towards me. I will put some of the blame on me, as I was upset that the car I purchased had problems before I even drove it off the lot and she might have felt some of my anger over the situation. It was my bad that I did not check every single thing I could before accepting it. Anyway, they had to order the seat part and said it would be 10-14 days. After 2 weeks I did not hear from them. I called, and lo-and-behold the part just arrived that day. Right!!. I set up an appointment for Saturday at 10:00AM. Arrived a few minutes early, and this is where my experience did start to look up. They had the car back to me within an hour. That day the staff was very courteous, and I felt good about the day. The above reasons are why I gave Street the overall rating I did. If the sales manager would not have tried playing the games he did and either accepted or declined my offer the first time I would have felt better. More

I originally reviewed the dealership online and entered my contact information. Within the hour, the salesman called me and asked me specific questions as to what I was looking for. I am not a "car" person - I do not know all of the brand names nor do I know any specifics. We made an appointment for the next day. For the past few years, I thought I wanted to upgrade to a SUV. James looked over the sale items within my budget and the test driving began. After driving a few different vehicles, I still could not just fine the one that I could live without. So James had a grand idea - we just cruised the parking lot. :) Of course I would stop at a few and ask about them - my husband has always told me I have good taste. And I realized I do - some of the vehicles were way over my budget. During the cruising, James did not pressure me and we had good conversation. Alias, I found a Toyota Camry that I wanted to test drive. I was able to drive it to my husbands job so he could see it - I could tell he wasn't impressed with the light interior. I wasn't completely sold either but I loved the way the car drove. I returned to the dealership later that afternoon with my 9 year old daughter. We looked at a few more Camry's and then my daughter found one she really liked. It was a newer model so I wasn't sure it was within budget. It was late but that didn't stop James. He let me test drive the car overnight. I brought it home and I was in love. Later that night, I was able to submit my application online. I already had prior appointments the next day and James knew I would not be able to make it to the dealership until that afternoon. James called me the next morning and we worked together over the phone. Within less than an hour, I received a phone call stating that I was the new proud owner of a 2012 Toyota Camry. I was in complete shock. My overall experience exceeded any expectation I had. Everyone at Street Toyota was friendly and polite. I know that I was a difficult customer but James didn't make me feel like one. At the end of the day, I was a very satisfied customer. I have never had an experience like this car shopping and I tell everyone to go to Street Toyota. I know that is where my loyalty will be. Thank you Street Toyota and thank you James Cobb! My purchase was about 3 weeks ago and I'm still on cloud 9! :) More
We enjoyed our visit to Street Toyota. We went not knowing exactly what we were looking for. We knew we needed a good, used car that was dependable enough for our daughter to drive while in college. Our treatment was far. While test driving we were told the car came with a full size spare tire, one of our selection points, as I don't like the donuts style spare. The first car we selected, We were not told the car had hail damage until we were ready to sign. I consider this very poor salesmanship. I don't blame Trey as he did not know nor were there any indications to notify the customer of hail damage. The second car had the engine check light on and low tire light. After selecting the second car, the tire pressure was still not corrected. I was told that a third party companies details and checks out all new vehicles. It would appear, this third party company doesn't care or this would have been checked and fixed before we came in to pick up the car. Two days later, we had a tire low pressure light again, one tire 10 pounds low and another 7 pounds low. Three days later, back again for tire low pressure light. Three tires low. Mechanic said "They probably just cleared the indicator and never checked the tires." I watched as mechanic aired tire up. Then mechanic check spare and I noticed it had a donut tire. I went and got Trey and was told they did not. We checked truck spare and sure enough, it is a donut tire. Trey was not aware of this. Please train your sales staff what each style of vehicle contains. Trey apologized for not knowing and asked other salesmen and they did not know either. More
