The dealership ordered a second key fob and had bring the vehicle back a month after purchase to get it programmed. The first warm day my tried to turn on the a/c in the vehicle, but the drivers side would o vehicle back a month after purchase to get it programmed. When I brought the vehicle back for the key fob, I told the service department about the problem assuming they would fix it considering I haven't had the vehicle a month. The service guy called me back and said parts and service would cost a little over $500.00 dollars to fix and that we didn't have a warranty when we bought it, but they could split the bill with me. I told them no.Warranty or not, a good dealership would have taken care of that problem. There was a young lady named Courtney that was very helpful during both visits. More
