Be careful and cautious with the finance staff The sales staff was great and friendly. The finance person who handled the paperwork put in for an extended warranty even after I told him I do not w The sales staff was great and friendly. He was supposed to cancel the extended warranty right away, but I have not heard anything about it and it is almost two months after I purchased the new Tundra. I recommend everyone watch the finance guy very closely because the dealership cannot take back any mistakes they make over the paperwork now that they send the paperwork online. More
