I was wanting a 2014 Trail Teams edition FJ Cruiser and didn't get a My experience with Street Toyota and particularly David Saied was very pleasant. I was wanting a 2014 Trail Teams edition FJ Cruiser and didn't get assisted by my local Toyota Dealership so I began my search elsewhere....via telephone!! I called several Toyota dealerships, and located the type of vehicle I wanted but could not get my purchase terms as I was wanting. Then I called Street Toyota and spoke with David Saied. I explained that I wanted the trail teams edition FJ and was ready to purchase IF the terms could be worked out and IF they were ready to be my dealer. He said "Of course we can and will help you" and did just that! We conversed several times by phone, as I live in Roswell NM and they are in Amarillo TX. Within 2 days from my initial phone call, my 2014 Trail Teams edition FJ Cruiser was delivered to me personally in Roswell NM. And as promised, all the terms and expectations were in order, to my liking. It was the most awesome experience I have EVER had purchasing a vehicle. While it had served me well, we needed something with a few more bells and whistles. Our original intention was to trade my Tacoma in for a 14 model. Doc was incredibly helpful in helping us find a 2012 certified pre-owned that had everything we needed and then some. It was also about $4000 cheaper than a new one would've been. Doc was incredibly kind, helpful, and honest. He never put any pressure on us in one direction or another and was very honest when it came to financing options. Additionally, they gave me $13000 for trade in on my '07. Much more than I expected. Overall we had a great experience, are very pleased, and would highly recommend Street Toyota to anyone in the market. More
