We got all the benefits of the limited, missing out on only the all wheel drive. Didn't want that anyhow. I had Greg's business card and while we were out of town, I told him we were interested in a xls. We were only gone 3 days. Interaction with Greg was as good as it gets. Jonadab Montoya helped with the technical aspects of the radio, gps, etc. He did a good job of connecting the phones. Finally, the problem with the dash items, we will have questions later. Two things I would like to see from Toyota is a dvd and access to a owner manual in a pdf format. I could learn the ins and outs using the dvd and pdf file. More

I wanted a remote starter but was told I couldn't get one by one salesperson, but another told me I could. I really wanted to consider some extras, but was not given a chance to do so. Was given 5000 for my truck. I wanted more and the next day I was told it had gone up 1500 more...not on the trade in line, but on the rebate line. But...I saw where everyone was getting a 1500 rebate...so I would've gotten that anyway. Why wasn't I told about the rebate on the first day? I feel I was mislead and absolutely should' have been made aware! and still honestly feel I am owed another 1500. Be glad to take it in accessories, like a remote starter, tinted front windows and a bed cover. When I picked up my new truck (which I absolutely love!) it was a little dusty on the inside...along instrument panels and screens. And, all the windows and mirrors had water spots. I expected much, much more. I expected a 10/10 and feel like it was 8/10. I honestly expected perfection. More

We discussed the car and the price very efficiently and came to a favorable agreement during a single day's worth of exchanges. He answered my questions, gave me the truth about the car, sent pictures of the flaws and was very friendly. Having never bought a car online I was apprehensive. I picked it up in person and had a long list of things to check out. Spent about an hour an a half crawling over the car and Anthony was very patient, never rushed me once. We then went for a reasonably long test drive, no rush there either. Anthony had represented the car well and I was happy. Hamid Jalali wrapped up the paperwork quickly with no hassle - answering my questions and providing the documentation I asked for - and we were done. Bottom line, Anthony was the opposite of the used car salesman stereotype; he was genuinely friendly, honest, helped make the deal happen with little hassle, and made this a very good transaction. Car purchase On Wednesday, May 28th, my wife and I visited Street's used car sales, almost by accident. On Memorial Day weekend, we had seen a Cadillac that caught On Wednesday, May 28th, my wife and I visited Street's used car sales, almost by accident. On Memorial Day weekend, we had seen a Cadillac that caught our eye in your ad in the Amarillo Globe News. When we were leaving Academy Sporting Goods, we had to make a left out of their lot, and saw the same Cadillac and decided to stop and look at it. After a few minutes, we were met on the lot by your representative Tom Fallos. Tom opened up the car and showed us the inside and even let us take the car for a test drive. Actually we were sort of in the market for a car, but hadn't really made a decision at that point whether to buy a new car, perhaps a Camry with the full warranty, or whether to buy a used Cadillac, which would cost almost as much, but would have much more room than the Camry. After talking with Tom, we decided on the Cadillac. He was very honest and professional with us and I felt very comfortable with our purchase. Although there were a couple of minor things wrong with the car, a broken brake light and a problem with the brakes grinding, Tom assured us that he would make sure the problems were taken care of, and they were! Although the price was a bit on the high side at $19,950 compared with a Kelly Blue Book price of $17,845 too $19,614, I feel the car is worth what we paid in light of the condition and the way we were treated, which was great! By the way, we had looked at a similar car, a 2008 DTS with 20,800 miles at another dealership, and from the minute we walked in I felt that all they were trying to do was to get in my wallet. The deceit was so terrible that we walked out and filed a complaint with the BBB. Then, at Street we were treated like royalty! When we buy our next car, it will definitely be at your dealership! More

I had done some shopping on the internet and went to Street Toyota to check out a particular pickup-not the one I bought however. Shawn told me about, and showed me, several pickups and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't get everything I wanted in the way of options, but I feel that I got more for the price than I was looking for. Very nice folks here-every time I was alone for any reason, someone was asking if they could help me with anything or get me a drink, the dealership was neat and clean-as were the employees. Summed up overall-a really nice place to do business! More
