Take it to any of the competent quick lube places in town lest you waste half of your day being told, "They're working on it, It will just be a little longer" The quality of their multipoint inspections are suspect as well. After a recent service visit their inspection report stated that all four tires were at 32 psi. The handling felt squishy on the way home so I checked the tire pressure myself. Three tires were at 34 psi and 1 was at 12 psi, More

Beat the city I spent a lot of time researching this vehicle. I knew exactly what options I wanted, and exactly what a fair price would be. Dealers in the San Antonio area don't get many AWD versions. I made offers to order the vehicle to both of my San Antonio dealers. One said they could get it for me, at my price, but it would take 4 months. The other wanted $1000 more. Street Toyota met my price, AND delivered my vehicle directly to my home in a timely manner, outfitted exactly as I expected. All the negotiations and logistics took place either via email or over the phone. However, I got the sense that the sales person (David Saied) was both honest, and hard working. He didn't play any games, just a no nonsense sale. This was a very good experience. More

We started looking at used vehicles and he helped me to realize what I will get for the money I wanted to spend on monthly payments. He worked hard and quickly and got back to me with many options. I went from looking at getting stuck in a 5-6 year not on a 12k-15k dollar car, to getting a brand new camry, lease for the same monthly payments. We got all the benefits of the limited, missing out on only the all wheel drive. Didn't want that anyhow. I had Greg's business card and while we were out of town, I told him we were interested in a xls. We were only gone 3 days. Interaction with Greg was as good as it gets. Jonadab Montoya helped with the technical aspects of the radio, gps, etc. He did a good job of connecting the phones. Finally, the problem with the dash items, we will have questions later. Two things I would like to see from Toyota is a dvd and access to a owner manual in a pdf format. I could learn the ins and outs using the dvd and pdf file. More
