3 Hour Oil Change Most (not all) of the staff is friendly. The concierge is helpful, but the service department is terribly slow. Take it to any of the competent quick lube places in town lest you waste half of your day being told, "They're working on it, It will just be a little longer" The quality of their multipoint inspections are suspect as well. After a recent service visit their inspection report stated that all four tires were at 32 psi. The handling felt squishy on the way home so I checked the tire pressure myself. Three tires were at 34 psi and 1 was at 12 psi, More

Beat the city I spent a lot of time researching this vehicle. I knew exactly what options I wanted, and exactly what a fair price would be. Dealers in the San Antonio area don't get many AWD versions. I made offers to order the vehicle to both of my San Antonio dealers. One said they could get it for me, at my price, but it would take 4 months. The other wanted $1000 more. Street Toyota met my price, AND delivered my vehicle directly to my home in a timely manner, outfitted exactly as I expected. All the negotiations and logistics took place either via email or over the phone. However, I got the sense that the sales person (David Saied) was both honest, and hard working. He didn't play any games, just a no nonsense sale. This was a very good experience. More

We started looking at used vehicles and he helped me to realize what I will get for the money I wanted to spend on monthly payments. He worked hard and quickly and got back to me with many options. I went from looking at getting stuck in a 5-6 year not on a 12k-15k dollar car, to getting a brand new camry, lease for the same monthly payments. He did everything he could to help me and I was very pleased with the little work it required from me on my end. I give it a 10 on a scale of 1-10, in a car buying experience. More
