On a long drive from Denver, Colorado to Abilene, Texas I called Street on a whim and asked the receptionist to connect me to an easy going sales rep. When Tex came to the phone and I asked if he had any used 4 Runners with 4WD for me to look at as I drove through in about an hour he was able to produce no less than five that fit my criteria. Tex was prepared and knew where all but one of the vehicles were located. I believe that one was already out for a drive and sold before I arrived. Within two hours of my original phone call I was on a test drive. At my convenience, later in the week, we were able to negotiate a price and delivery method. Tex has checked in on us since delivery and we are happy. Normally, I buy all of the family Toyotas at Lithia in Abilene and have always had a great experience. Finding a used 4WD in great condition in Abilene is a challenge. It just made sense to try a little further north in the panhandle. Thanks to Tex, our daughter in Denver has safe wheels to head to the mountains on the weekends and drive herself home from college. Sue S More

He was very nice and helped by answering all of my questions and concerns to the fullest. We made a deal a few days later on the RAV 4 Limited. Also, my time with Jamie VanDerSpyker (I hope I have the name right) in finance was very good. He answered all my questions and explained all the documents in detail.
