I told Tommy what I was looking for in a car, the price range I couldn't exceed for my budget, and he and the finance team made it happen. I probably would've settled for less of a car somewhere else. The car in got was more than I expected to get for the price leather seats, dual climate control, heated seats, the list goes on but I absolutely love my new suv. I will definitely be going back in the future. I even had a small problem with the key fob a few days later and since I bought as is I was expecting to deal with it myself but I asked their parts department what they thought it was and they quickly fixed it without a qualm and it's been working beautifully since. More

A couple of months ago we purchased a car from them, and were very pleased with the car and the way the whole process went with that deal. A few weeks ago we had a scary thing happen with the car that we had just purchased, and I felt that I could no longer get in that car to drive it! After extensive diagnostic testing on the car and the results and no guarantee it would happen again, my husband told them I just couldn't drive it again. Street Toyota personnel were great in getting us back in touch with Madison, and going above and beyond to help make things right. They are a class act! We will for sure be back for future vehicles. We did. not feel pressured at all. He listened to what we wanted and was able to find us an awesome vehicle at a great price... and kept us amused during the whole process ! Odd Experience We traveled a few hours to buy a vehicle from Street Toyota. Overall the customer service was good, but we had a couple of issues. We agreed to buy a vehicle that had a cracked windshield, on the condition that the windshield would be repaired before we needed to leave town. We signed the paperwork after a bit of a wait and expected to have the vehicle done and ready to drive off the lot by that time. We were told that the detailing would take longer than expected, so we were able to drive our vehicle that we brought to trade in to leave and go do other things. We received a call that our new vehicle was ready, so we went to pick it up. We were looking over our new vehicle in the lot before leaving and it was still filthy - pet hair everywhere, gum stuck in the ashtray - gross. We went inside and found our salesman. He then told us that there had been a mix up on the lot and that our vehicle was taken out for a test drive after we had gone to sign the paperwork. It didn't go in to be detailed until after we had signed everything and left. Because the salesman believed that we needed to leave town (we didn't) he told the detailers to do the best job they could in an hour. We told him that wasn't the case, and left the new vehicle, again, to be re-cleaned and detailed. At the time of pick up we were informed that because we bought on a Saturday and because of the volume of vehicles that were sold that day that the windshield wouldn't be repaired at that time. My husband had to make the 2 hour+ trip again a week later to get the windshield fixed. Overall, we really liked our salesman, he was friendly and charismatic, but the entirety of the transaction left me less than impressed. However, I would go back and possibly buy from them again, because in the end they did what they could to make everything right. More

Friendly, no pressure. I worked with Doc and he was great. I told him what I was interested in and he showed me several options. After visiting true car David Saied called us it was no hassle at all .HE dropped the price on the phone with out me having to "haggle ." The purchase of that vehicle only took forty five minutes .(Also I was looking with GEne Messer when the dealer called every day then to find out I went with David he cussed me out and hung up on me) So when it came time for us to trade in my wife's vehicle I new I would only deal with Street Toyota .David was so fair that we bought two vehicles that day. We will always drive the extra 120 miles for the ,friendly ,fast no pressure dealings of David and Street Toyota. We need more family owned dealerships that are not so corperate based.
