WOW! What a great Experience! I could not have had a better experience! My family and I had just suffered our first and hopefully only total loss situation on a car we loved. We needed a new vehicle fast and had an idea of what we were looking for. Marshall was very understanding of that need and very helpful in the selection of the best vehicle I have ever driven! I wanted the best of both worlds, a vehicle with good mileage for a good price with enough room for my small family to fit comfortably. My new Rav4 fit all of that! Jerry took care of all of the not so fun financial details expertly and was even patient as I took care of details with my insurance company and pulled information he needed. What's more, I needed a second key for my wife as there was only one with the vehicle. I called up Marshall and by the end of the day, I had a second, brand new, FOB key with no problems! Thank you Marshall and Street Toyota for the great experience and I will be back on the next vehicle! More

The frustration & feelings of dread when purchasing a vehicle was insurmountable. The arguing & deal-making is exhausting. Some people thrive on that form of auto sales - but we don't. This is our second vehicle from Street Toyota & Marshall, which is a rarity, that we return to the same dealership twice because of the sales tactics in other places. After our first purchase, we vowed to remain loyal customers & here we are with the 2nd purchase. Our experience at Street & with Marshall was wonderful both times. The atmosphere at Street is so relaxing & un-inhibiting. Marshall really listened to us and helped us come to a solution that worked for us both financially & esthetically. This trait is rare in a stereotypical car salesman, but Marshall is not the stereotypical car salesman. It seemed his goal was not to talk us in to something that would make him more money but something we would be happy with.
