I am from Houston but was in Pittsburgh for work when I was shopping for a Kevin Liu and Street Toyota made for an exceptional car buying experience. I am from Houston but was in Pittsburgh for work when I was shopping for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. Being this is a higher end SUV, it isn't easy to find. Street Toyota had a low mileage, clean SRT in the color I preferred. Their listed price was higher than market conditions dictated but they negotiated fairly and via text/email with no pressure to put the buyer on the defensive. I flew in the next day, Kevin picked me up personally from the airport and took me back to the dealership where my SRT Jeep was parked in an enclosed structure out of the elements and away from foot traffic. We looked over the vehicle and it was in EXACTLY the condition I was expecting from the internet listing and photographs. We took a test drive and everything was perfect. The paperwork was all in order before I arrived and we were done in less than an hour. I had expressed to Kevin beforehand that I would be driving the Jeep back to Pittsburgh and had time constraints so he had everything taken careof before I arrived. Tank was full of 93 octane and away I went. I have over 2000 miles on the Jeep since the purchase and have given her a thorough looking over. The Jeep was EXACTLY as described, nothing hidden, at a fair price, and with prompt, honest service during the sale. What else can you ask for out of a car dealer? More

Happy but Anthony is great but disappointed to find chip in windshield not there on test drive $25.00 and scratches. I dropped almost $800 on new tires next day. Good thing Anthony and finance guy were great!!! More
