So we had all the time we needed to test drive other manufacturer vehicles and make an informed decision After we had comfortably decided that the Toyota Rav4 was the vehicle for us, we sat down with Greg and worked out the specifics (color, options, etc). He gave us facts and timeline about what he could do and how quickly he could do things. Steriotypical Car Buying Nightmare I recently came in and looked at a used Toyota camry. I was helped by a new sales person that was not pushy and seemed pleasant to deal with. After the test drive, I went into the showroom and the nightmare began. After asking for a quote and explaining that I was just gathering information, the sales person's boss came out and was ruined the entire experience for me. Prior to his coming out to try to "sell" me on buying today, I witnessed him talking down to the sales person and simply giving him a hard time. I was completely turned off with his appearance and his approach. The aggressive 1970's car salesman....sloppy appearance and a whole host of one liners. I was so shocked, that I didn't even get his name, and I don't him listed in the options to select on here. I think it was James Johnson. Stay away, they treat their employees and customers like crap! More

Very nice people to do business with. Our salesman David was very profressional. He listen to me as far as what vehicle I was looking for and if I had any questions he found out the answer Our salesman David was very profressional. He was very upfront and honest about the price of the vehicle and what my trade in was worth. The finance person was very nice and made sure I understood all the details of the contract before I signed it. They even delivered the vehicle to me even though I live about 4 hours away. I will do business with them again. I can't recall everyone that I talked to there but everyone was very helpful. More
