Looking back on it, the deal I got was TERRIBLE I recently purchased a vehicle at street Toyota and traded in a car that had been extremely well cared for. I was proud of the condition of my trade i I recently purchased a vehicle at street Toyota and traded in a car that had been extremely well cared for. I was proud of the condition of my trade in and simply knew that I would get top dollar. After reviewing the figures, I was disappointed, but figured that I really had no idea what my car was worth. They gave me $11,000 my trade in that I honestly expected to get at least $15,000 for. I went along with the deal, and two weeks later I see a friend of mine pull up at church in my old car. We laughed about it and chatted about the dealership. Come to find out, my friend purchased it outright (with no trade in ) and paid over $18,000 plus tax!!!!!! I was so embarrassed and mad when I heard that. This dealership took advantage of my lack of knowledge and exploited my trust!!! They looked me in the eye and smiled, thanked me for my business and completely took advantage of me!!! I know many of the employees here and thought I knew what they stood for. Obviously I was wrong. My trust in them is gone. More
