Hassel-free new car purchase We arrived at the dealership with the intent of looking, driving, and the possible purchase of a 2015 Highlander. Upon our arrival, Marshall greeted We arrived at the dealership with the intent of looking, driving, and the possible purchase of a 2015 Highlander. Upon our arrival, Marshall greeted us and asked if we had been working with any other sales personnel. I stated "No" and explained the reason for our visit. He immediately gave us a brochure and invited us to review his inventory. After a few test drives and his thorough explanation of numerous details and answering our many questions, we narrowed our interest to the LE Plus model which was in the Mall. Marshall introduced us to Gus and he was very professional in our complete transaction. We went to the Mall and Marshall met us there and did a complete review of the Highlander with all the highlights pointed out, demonstrated, and thoroughly explained. Upon returning to the dealership, we negotiated with Gus what we felt was a fair trade-in for our purchase and the bottom-line difference. Marshall and Gus were most professional throughout this hassel-free transaction. We completed the necessary paperwork and took delivery the following day. More

He even went the extra mile to get us full coverage insurance with the help of his general sales manager. Jonas was excellent as well. He was very friendly and helpful while helping us understand the benefit of things like Gap Insurance that we k ew nothing about. More

Purchase of a 2015 Avalon This purchase was the 6th vehicle we have purchased new at Street Toyota. All staff were very helpful. A friend recommended Janice Stafford as a no- This purchase was the 6th vehicle we have purchased new at Street Toyota. All staff were very helpful. A friend recommended Janice Stafford as a no-hassle sales representative. She asked us what we were interested in buying, and details including exterior and interior colors, equipment, etc. She arranged for us to test drive 2 Avalons, and we selected the second as our choice. Janice then worked with us for financing arrangements and said that our new car would be ready for us in 2 days. We consider Janice an outstanding sales representative and will recommend her highly to other potential customers. Jonas Walls was very professional and completed financing paper work insuring that we qualified for a Toyota loan in short time. Matt Singleton checked with us about insuring that our needs were met. Tyler Gross spent a considerable time to explain the electronics features and was very professional and patient.
