Outstanding! I was referred to David Saied by a coworker who's family personally knows David. I had purchased two other vehicles from Street Toyota many years ago I was referred to David Saied by a coworker who's family personally knows David. I had purchased two other vehicles from Street Toyota many years ago. Now that Toyota has many larger vehicles that can accommodate my much larger family I was very happy to go back to Street. David Saied & his secretary was the most helpful and friendly salespersons that I have ever dealt with at any car dealership! David was very busy but still made time to take care of our needs and concerns about our 2006 Sequoia. We bought it used but the vehicle was serviced at Street since it was bought new and honestly didn't look like it was more than a couple years old. About a week after purchasing the vehicle we noticed that the brakes were making noise. We knew that we didn't have any warranty but took it to Street for service. When David was made aware of the problem he said there is no charge because they should have noticed the issue before the sale.. So we got an awesome SUV with 4 new tires, a new windshield and new brakes! We certainly didn't expect David to take care of the brakes but he did and we are so grateful. We are very happy with Street Toyota's customer service and especially David Saied and his assistant. Thank you David John & Kristen Roberts More

Review of Buying Experience I had never owned a Toyota product, and was very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of my buying experience at Street Toyota. My husband I had never owned a Toyota product, and was very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of my buying experience at Street Toyota. My husband and I were greeted at the front desk. The salesman we requested, Chad Bentley, was with a customer at the time, and another salesman greeted us and brought around the car we asked to see, which my husband had looked at online. The salesman reviewed several features until Chad was available to speak with us. Chad went over additional features about the car. We decided to wait until the weekend to drive the vehicle and make a decision. Chad Bentley took us out to test drive the vehicle and reviewed additional features about the car then met us back at the dealership where we completed our purchase, with his help and that of the finance person, Charlie Vasquez.. We were never pressured in any way to buy any other vehicle other than the one we came in to look at. I LOVED THAT kind of salesmanship. The tech person went over the features of the vehicle and answered our questions. It was the most painless car purchase I had ever made! We were treated so well from beginning until the end. More
