It was the most wonderful, fast car deal I have every made. I have purchased many vehicles in my life time. This was the easiest transaction I have ever made. Total time was 1 hour. During this visit and yes another purchase - a 2013 Lexus RX 350 for my wife, I wasn't happy with the "games" initiated by your apparent "new" sales manager. I know coming in what fair market value is for both my trade and purchase. This is the first time at your dealership that I have been "low-balled" on a trade and then provided the "numbers game" on the sales sheet. This included how much the sales manager was "saving" me in taxes with my trade. I don't know if this individual took me for a first time buyer or a fool as he was trying to divert away from my request on actual trade in. My wife and I walked out of your dealership. Greg politely walked out after us and I informed him if your dealership met my fair market request I would be back to buy this vehicle. yes they did the following day. I will continue to recommend both your dealership and Greg Smith to my family and friends. Your sales manager; however, needs to be re-assigned or fired. This type of individual will make your loyal repeat customers sour. This type of individual belongs at an establishment like Texas Dodge...I have never bought from there but here horror stories from people. Once again, I commend Greg Smith for his professionalism, knowledge & expertise. He and your finance manager are the type of people you need for Street Toyota to continue to thrive.
