Being from out of state, one worries if service would be fair and appropriate. I had battery problem from a new one installed in may of this year. Mr. Lorenzo wrote the service order for my Tundra and was pleasant and a very courteous individual that wanted to help solve my maintenance need. Having a warranty on battery accessed my vehicle to a new unit without any charge for repair and service.
