Service has been terrible I received Toy0ta Care package with new Tacoma purchase. The first service they lost my metal tire stem caps and I had to return to them to get new o I received Toy0ta Care package with new Tacoma purchase. The first service they lost my metal tire stem caps and I had to return to them to get new ones. They tried to pawn the inexpensive plastic ones on me to no avail. After about another 40 minutes with different people, they finally found some metal ones, not the quality of orignals, and I settles for them ). An extra 1.5 hours of my time, 18 extra miles, and hassle. The second service I limited the service to ONLY oil&filter change. After 1.25 hours they still didn't notify me. I checked and it was done but they misplaced the service record -- the reason nobody notified me. After another 20 minutes they finally found it! I probably lost extra hour of my time on this service. I passed on the 3rd service. The 4th service (last) I again only opted for oil&filter but also had the appointment include State Inspection. The appointment was for following day. When I arrived, they said their Inspection computer system has been down for the last two days and today! I had to run to another service station to get that done. Another 15 miles and 45 minutes of my time. To top it off, while on route to the other station, my door alert light was on. They had opened the fron passenger door and never closed it completely. Fine, I did so at a traffic light only to have the light remain on. The rear passenger door was also ajar! I have no idea why they were opened for an OIL CHANGE! Thus, my conclusion is take your Toyota elsewhere. More
