Terrible experience with service department and Lesa Noble Car was in for recall work and was in the shop 4 times in less than 2 weeks, including a 4 day and a 2 day stay. Every time my wife went in Lesa Noble Car was in for recall work and was in the shop 4 times in less than 2 weeks, including a 4 day and a 2 day stay. Every time my wife went in Lesa Noble would tell my wife we needed stuff she didn't, yet when we didn't replace those items next trip (days later) those items were no longer and issue and new items were. Oil change needed (oil change less than 2000 miles ago) tires needed balanced (yet were new and done at discount tire 2000 miles ago). Service advisor told us our car would be ready at 5pm on Friday (after originally told Wednesday night) and never heard from the dealer. Wednesday afternoon we were contacted by Lesa on facebook and she told us she lost our phone number. When we get there we were told our car was dead, needed a battery (which she had suggested but never told us the car had been dead for days) then proceeded to tell us they jump started the car every time during service, then "they pushed it to the parking spot yesterday" yet no one told us it was ready the day prior and never told us it wouldn't start until we went to pick it up. We will no longer be visiting this dealer. More
