Derek knew the vehicle's and after visiting with me understood what we were looking for and what would work for us. He and the sales manager worked for several hours looking for exactly what we wanted because even though they had many Highlanders to choose from; none fit our needs as far as color (exterior & interior). They found the vehicle and it was delivered and we picked the vehicle up within a day and a half, pretty expedient if you ask me. They made the experience of buying a car as pleasing as possible and very easy. They offered the best possible price we could find and about what I expected to pay. I've always appreciated Street Toyota's efforts in sales and service and they have continued to please our family for seventeen years now, since when we first bought our first vehicle, a 2000 4 Runner which we are still driving with practically nothing ever going wrong with the vehicle. We also own a 2005 Tundra that has been perfect and 100 per cent trouble free. Storm Hughes was our Tech support person who spent almost two hours explaining every aspect of our high tech Highlander and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and went at a speed that we could easily follow. Storm also dropped by our house to set the push buttons on the vehicle to open our garage doors, (very knowledgeable and fast). My vehicle had a "special" issue that ultimately required engaging Toyota Corporate for resolution. Twice, the unusual circumstance was rejected for consideration, but ST management did not give up and elevated the problem until it was resolved. At the end of the day I purchased a new model which had never been in my game plan.
