Great Experience I have owned two previous Toyota vehicles including the 2003 4Runner I intended to replace. I knew TJ Kearns from a men’s Bible study we attend and wo I have owned two previous Toyota vehicles including the 2003 4Runner I intended to replace. I knew TJ Kearns from a men’s Bible study we attend and wouldn’t have used anyone else. TJ was patient with my desire to replace the 4Runner and at the same time asking the right questions that led to the best solution for me, the Toyota Highlander. I had the preconceived idea that it was just a smaller 4Runner. I’m thankful TJ didn’t sell me what I wanted, but truly sold me what would work best for me. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and then promptly provided me with several vehicles that fit my need. The first time I bought a vehicle from him I was a little taken by his genuineness. So I left the dealership without buying under the pretense there would be no pressure. And that is exactly what happened. Two days later I got a call from T.J telling me about another vehicle that he thought would fit my needs, and he even encouraged me to check out other dealerships. So I did. And at every other dealership we received constant pressure as soon as we pulled into the lot. So we came back to Street. Later that afternoon we drove off in our new highlander. We have since bought two other cars from T.J and I don’t plan on going anywhere else for my vehicle needs. Thank you T.J for all your help and genuine concern for the needs of me and my family. More
