My husband and I were able to buy a brand new (2010) Matrix from Street Toyota because of the hard word of both Rose Davenport and Hamid Jalali. Because of this experience, there is no doubt in my mind that when we are in need of another car, we will come back to Street Toyota Scion. We tell everyone we know exactly how incredible this company is and whenever they need a car the only place to go is Street Toyota. Buying a car is always stressful. And although this was still a stressful time, Rose kept my nerves to a minimum every step of the way. She is an incredible salesperson and Hamid is an incredible Finance Director. Rose went out of her way on several occasions in order to make me feel valued and respected. It was not even her job to do that-- I did not buy my Toyota from her. CJ is a top-notch service mgr. who is never too busy to provide pertinent responses to any question and positive results to the work needed. Blair is constantly providing service after the sale...a highly valuable component of customer satisfaction. Mike Good and Cory...let's just say they secured my dedication to ST with their genuine concern for me, not just as a customer but as a friend. Sometimes I stop by the dealership just to get a 'taste for the road' sotospeak. I highly recommend this place to all my friends...two have already purchased from them. We had just had a really bad snow storm here in Amarillo. My husbands current vehicle was a 2-wheel drive Toyota Tacoma and it did not do well at all. We decided that weekend that we were going to trade it i My husbands current vehicle was a 2-wheel drive Toyota Tacoma and it did not do well at all. We decided that weekend that we were going to trade it in for a 4-wheel drive. We looked around some but we were pretty sure that we wanted an FJ. My husband located this one on Streets lot and we went that day to look at it. Our salesman was Gary McMillan who was immediately very accommodating. We did a quick test drive and knew right away that we wanted it, but had a definite budget. We went in to talk business and gave our best offer up front. He didn't play games and was able to give us an answer rather quickly. He also added a passenger side armrest, which he said was considered optional. We even were satisfied with the amount given on our trade-in. Overall, a great car buying experience. We were in the service dept about 2 months later for something minor and we we left the inside of the vehicle had been vaccines, the windows cleaned and mints left on the dash. To top it off the owner, Joe Street, has a very good reputation in the community. Is know to be a generous, Christian man. We have referred many friends and family to his dealership. More
