I took a test ride in a new Prius with Mr Smith. He inspired me with his knowledge about the car. Blair introduced me to several of the people at Street Toyota, each of whom made my visit very friendly inspired me with his knowledge about the car. A few days later called me to come take a look again. He had acquired the one I was looling for and shortly after I drove my pretty Pearl white Prius home. He has called to check on my satisfaction with my new car. I have been very satisfied with my new friend and the Street Toyota dealership. I have not had any reason to take it back to the dealership except to have the oil changed. That is when I have a chance to stop in and have a cup of coffee with my friend Blair Smith. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our 'buying experience at Street Toyota. We had heard that customer service was the focus of this dealership, and we totally agree with this statement. However, the customer service aspect was extremely important to us as well. Greg Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the car we chose and the other models we also considered. He assured us that we could call him with any question we might have in the future regarding the operation of the car. He did take quite a bit of time to walk us through the basics of the 'whistles and bells" on our Highlander Limited before we drove it off the lot. Every person we encountered during our shopping visits were very cordial, helpful and always very cheerful. It was easy to tell that they truly enjoy their jobs and are proud of the Toyota products.
