I recently purchased a vehicle from Street Toyota and had the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Scott answered all of my questions and even offered to go out to the vehicle and go over everything on the vehicle. He went over the entire Suburban and told me about every rock chip, small scratch and dent on the entire vehicle. After this detailed and personalized description, I felt very comfortable going ahead with negotiations to purchase the vehicle even though I had not even seen it personally. The negotiation was straight forward and I felt comfortable with the entire process, even better than previous "in person" vehicle purchases I have made in the past. Scott even offered to have the vehicle delivered to me, over 120 miles away and he made it happen the same day. When the vehicle arrived it was significantly nicer than expected and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Scott and Street Toyota. More

We had been searching for a car for over a year (gas prices are a factor)and he was very knowledgeable (my husband researches everything) so when Joe asked the questions, David answered correctly according to what Joe had researched. (Big plus) We were treated very special, from David (salesman) to the gentleman who explained our paperwork (sorry, I don't remember his name),to Mike Good (General Mangager) who came in and introduced himself to us. We went to the new car clinic and met people that complimented Street Toyota's staff. I am encouraged that I will feel comfortable taking my car to be maintenanced at this facility. I also have a co-worker that drives an Avalon who says she is treated exceptionally well when she takes her car in for maintenance. Who knew what a nice experience it was going to be??? Not us. I want to say that I am 64 years old, and have purchased many automobiles, since I started buying cars. I bought my first automobile when I was 23 years old. In all the years I have been buying automobiles, many automobiles, since I started buying cars. I bought my first automobile when I was 23 years old. In all the years I have been buying automobiles, I have never dealt with a dealership that compares to Street Toyota, nor have I have had such a pleasant experience with a salesperson, as I have had with Rose Davenport, both during my initial purchase, and after the sale!! For many years, I bought only Hondas. I had the first Insight hybrid in Amarillo, as well as the first Civic hybrid. During all those years, I....thought I was getting good service, but the service I was getting from the Honda dealership, here in Amarillo....pales, compared to the service experience I have with Street Toyota. Without....any exceptions....every person at Street Toyota....is extremely courteous, as well as knowledgeable! If I ask a person a question at Street Toyota and they do not know the answer, they get an answer for me in a most expeditious fashion. Also....I absolutely....dreaded going to the previous dealership I was with, to get even basic maintenance done, because it was such an unpleasant experience. With Street Toyota, that is not the case. The waiting area of the dealership....is so comfortable, it is almost as if you were in your own living room. The chairs are comfortable, and the complimentary beverages are....most welcomed, especially after working a hard day. With the other dealerships I have been with, it is as if the service waiting area is nothing more than an after thought. Such is not the case with Street Toyota. It is very evident, a lot of thought went into the design of the waiting area, at Street Toyota. As I said earlier, my experience with Rose Davenport, was the....most pleasant buying experience I have....ever had, in all the years I have been buying automobiles! You know, with other automobile companies, it seems that after the sale, the salesperson does not know you even exist anymore. They have made their sale, and that is the end of the....relationship. Ms. Davenport.....continues to be extremely courteous, and readily answers....any question I may have. The Prius I bought from Street Toyota, is....absolutely....THE....best automobile I have....ever owned. The gas mileage is....great of course, and the value for the money is, in my opinion, extraordinary!!!! Already, I am planning on buying a Prius C model, when they become available in the Spring of 2012. So....I am a Street Toyota customer...."from now on.... because of the continuing positive experiences, I am having with them. Thank you, Bill L Hayes More

Scott had provided great information and service when I traded in a car in Lubbock last August. The 4-Runner was great but I drive alone most of the time so I didn't need all the space and the gas. The size is perfect and it really feels like a luxury car without the price tag! He has returned my emails and calls in a timely manner and is a good listener with a useful answer. No high pressure which I really don't care for. More

David was very easy to talk to. No pressure sales. Just there to answer questions. We enjoyed dealing with David. We decided on a specific vehicle with features & a specific color. Would look forwarrd to dealing with him again. Most of our dealings were with David but the short dealings with Hamid were very good. Our short dealings with Hamid were only for paperwork since we did not finance the vehicle. Additional background info: We had been into this dealership a few months before and had a very bad experience with a salesperson. We probably would not have gone back but our son bought a vehicle from David and recommended him. More

We bought a 2007 Toyota Avalon in Jan. of 2007. Dave Walker was the sales person. He was very friendly and professional in all the discussions regarding the sale.
