The car dealership has a wide variety of vehicles. I believe my experience would have been better if I had a different sales representative. I was asked to start signing paperwork to purchase a vehicle and when I asked the sales representative if I can test drive the car first to make sure I liked it, he was surprised. He didn't have any knowledge of the vehicle whatsoever and didn't care to find the answers. It was apparent that he didn't want to be working and i overheard him several times stating that he just wanted to go home. I felt like an inconvenience being his customer. There were hidden fees that weren't disclosed. I had a few issues with discrepancies on the finance paperwork, but Jeremy resolved them. Hector was excellent and provided great communication and customer service. I feel my experience would have been completely different if I worked directly with him from the start. More

I was scammed. Becareful with this dealership. They can't be trusted. The price David agreed to sell the car was not what their finance manager put into the invoice Becareful with this dealership. At the point of signing the papers when the finance mgr told me the total amount, I queried it because it was way more than what I was supposed to finance. He said taxes and DMV fees have been added. I did not know that what they added was more than $1600 after they had added tax and DMV. When I got home and realized this, I called them, what they said was that the money was the administrative fee. Amount that was more than $1600 had been added to the price of the vehicle and it was taxed. If it was administrative fee why would you state it in the invoice as price of vehicle and why would you tax it at all. All these made my finance amount to blow up and this was after I had put down a large chunk of money as down payment. I was so pained but these people are callous they do not have any milk of human kindness in them. I will never recommend this dealership to anybody for what they did to me. More
