Hey, we are so sorry to hear about the experience you had with us and we would like to help out in any way we can. with regard to transparency, we strive to be as transparent as possible with vehicle history reports, vehicle pricing along with optional products that are purchased by our customers. I believe the main issue was regarding the vehicle and the check engine light that came on shortly after you purchased the car. we were able to have the vehicle sent to the Toyota service dept and they fixed the issue under warranty and gave your vehicle a clean bill of health. we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and would ask that you never hesitate to reach out to us for any questions or concerns you have. thanks, Management.

I wish to be reimbursed for the rental fee that i have incurred since 2/27/23 to the date car will be picked up, and i also want a different car that has not been in any accidents. Also, I did bring it to Angel your finance manager the numbers on loan agreement did not add up, so I did the calculation The $9000.00 deposit on the car was never deducted, therefore making the finance amount more than what it should be, I have also notified the finance company of this occurrence and they will be reaching out to you.
