Terrible Service Department!!! Took my Nissan Quest up there for an oil change. Left the dealership when it was finished and then the oil light came on. Took my van back up to the d Took my Nissan Quest up there for an oil change. Left the dealership when it was finished and then the oil light came on. Took my van back up to the dealership and told them the light was on only to have one of the service department employees tell me it was on because my door was open. Really!? The oil light comes on because the door is open??? I know better than that. Thankfully, someone else noticed that the van was actually leaking oil. They take it back in to fix it and then I find out that the Nissan dealership didn't even fix it....they sent it to their Honda service department. I would like to say that it ended on a good note but it didn't. I had to watch some careless employee drive my vehicle BACKWARDS, at a speed too high for the parking lot, around the Nissan dealership so they could pull it through their garage and make it look like they did the work. Simple oil change turned into a huge head ache and a loss of any future revenue for them. I now drive 20-30mins out of my way for service at a better dealership. More
