I've been going to Straub Nissan for over 15 years to buy vehicles and to service them. If there has ever been anything that I wasn't satisfied with it's ALWAYS been addressed and made to my satisfaction. vehicles and to service them. Sales were great but absolutely no service after the sale! I have a 2021 Nissan Rogue, horn stopped working. Straub Nissan service center in Tridelphia, West Virginia about one month ago to troubleshoot sale! I have a 2021 Nissan Rogue, horn stopped working. Straub Nissan service center in Tridelphia, West Virginia about one month ago to troubleshoot the non working burnt. Which is a safety issue! It took less than an hour to look at me car to tell me that it needed a horn assembly, which they had to order, it would be in mid week the following week, given this was a Friday. No offer for a loaner vehicle to keep safe and they must have hosed off my car which water was dripping from exterior with streaks of a half washed car. I have called every week for the last 3 weeks and guess what the horn assembly still isn’t in. I was told by a lady service rep that she would have someone check and call me back. Yea, that never happened. I have called every week to check and all I get is attitude from the service dept as if they are irritated that I am worried about driving my 2 year old vehicle without horn!! I was told today, that’s Nissan not sending the part… guess what genius you work for Nissan!! No customer service at all! At least offer a vehicle to drive that has a actual horn and update the customer!! Simple customer service!!! Is the horns that bad that Nissan can’t keep up replacing them?? They are still assembling new Nissan Rogues with horns!! So frustrating I will Never buy another Nissan again due to no service after the sale!! More
