Poor customer service This is my 4th Hyundai purchased and I love the brand. I am not too happy with the dealership from a number of issue and will not return. I understan This is my 4th Hyundai purchased and I love the brand. I am not too happy with the dealership from a number of issue and will not return. I understand new computer systems but when it came time to sign the paper work everything went downhill. That should have been the easiest part of the transaction. But the figures were incorrect on what we agreed to, amount of deposit, mileage slips etc. The lack of or poorly explained extra coverage and pricing was also very poor. I had to return to the dealership to sign the paperwork a second time. And still mistakes, due dates where the final payment for my trade and amount, what county I lived in etc. I called the sales manager a week after I purchased my car and left a message, reference if the check for my trade-in was being sent to Honda or direct to myself. I am still awaiting that call back. I have purchase many vehicles in my years and will never purchase from this dealership again. I never even received a follow up call or thank you for spending 29K on a vehicle. More
