Look elsewhere for a Hyundai dealer The only nice thing I can say about my car buying experience from this place is Casey is very knowledgeable with the products they sell. I traveled from PA to purchase a car they had in stock since no local dealers had one. I've now been waiting 2 weeks for a registration and I am unable to get the car inspected in PA with the transfer document they gave me at the dealer. You only have 10 days to get a car inspected when you bring it in from out of state. I have spoken with the finance manager about this and have not gotten a single update if this has been submitted to the state or not. I've also attempted to speak with the sales manager today and was on hold for 15+ minutes before I hung up and called back. I was then put into his voice mail. So now I'm on day 14, can't get my car inspected in PA and haven't heard a single update from them. I will say they wasted no time cashing my $7000 check I have them for the down payment. My advice is to look elsewhere for a dealership that actually has their act together. More
