We ended up discussing all of my needs and what I was looking for, and when I got to the dealership a couple days later, they had everything ready for me. They even had the price point RIGHT where I needed it, no haggling needed. It was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be returning in the future. Customer Disservice We were manipulated with unfamiliar jargon, and aggression. Our needs and wants were not considered; we were not listened to. We leased our Santa Fe in NJ from a wonderful dealership and enjoyed that relationship. They were considerate and honest. In that lease, we paid off several thousand dollars in negative equity, and paid a large monthly fee, which we expected. We now have less car, with no negative equity, and not all the amenities we wanted, for close to what we paid in our previous lease. We asked about the discrepancy and the answer was in dealer jargon that was extremely obscure. We are disappointed and were very upset. We drove away with a deal that was unsatisfactory. So, we will not be returning to Straub, nor Hyundai. Customer service? What customer service?!?! More
