When we decided to make the purchase, Al walked us through all the paperwork clearly and completely. The dealer financing offered beat my credit union at home and we were able to take the truck home that same day. The truck was clean and ready for us when the paperwork was completed. After the great experience we had we were sorry we lived too far away to take advantage of what we thought was a salesman and dealer committed to customer service. More

This is the second time I have bought a car from this dealer. You must remember I live in Illinois and this dealer is in Indy. Each time the salesman Steve Willett was very, very helpful. Did not and I repeat didnot make me wait long for a trade in price nor a bottom price on what it would cost me for the car I waited. After purchasing the car he spent a lot of time going over all the bells and whistles. Since I live in another state he has been in contact with me to make sure I understand all the bells and whistes. I would also like to point out that approx 8 monhs ago I was in Ohio (with my old Buick) and was having a problem with my front wheel making a loud noise. Contacted Stoops while on the road to Indy, told them the problem and when I arrived they immediately fix the problem so I could continue on home to Illinois.
