I found the Ford F150 I purchased from Stoops Buick GMC online through Cars.com on Friday. I contacted Dan Cope on Friday morning and went to look at it Friday evening. They let me drive the truck home t online through Cars.com on Friday. I contacted Dan Cope on Friday morning and went to look at it Friday evening. They let me drive the truck home to evaluate it that evening and Saturday morning I went back and made the deal. I felt I was able to make a very good deal for the truck after my trade-in which is rare. One of the friendliest dealerships I have worked with. They also took care of the issues I had with the truck in their service department, very customer service oriented. I have been interested in purchasing a GMC Acadia for some time now, and went to Stoop's Buick in December, 2011, ostensibly, "just to look." Upon initial contact,Steve immediately went to work to find the exact car that we wanted to buy. He did not push us to accept a vehicle with additional features that we did not want. Once we found the vehicle that we wanted, we worked out a deal. Steve answered all of our questions and concerns. After the purchase, he walked us through the set up of features such as bluetooth and made sure that we were aware of all other features and how to utilize them.
