Both salesmen where more than helpful. I know it is part of the game, but I came up to Stoops three times before I purchased the Verono I was looking at. I dealt with other dealerships an I know it is part of the game, but I came up to Stoops three times before I purchased the Verono I was looking at. I dealt with other dealerships and Stoops does exceed in areas where others fail. Both salesmen were very polite and knowledgeable about the car. I would like to give credit to your salesman, Carlos Johnson. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the cars on hand and once he found out exactly what we were looking for he was able to guide us to our options. I had never been exposed to the Buick SUV and it wasn’t really anything I thought I would be interested in. But Carlos thought it could be in line to meet our needs. He was so right ! The Buick Enclave is the perfect car for us. I am hooked 😊 Carlos worked very hard in finding us the right color inside and outside, third row seating and other components that were important to us.
