The personal attention I received was excellent. Both Jim and Daniel Meyers were expedient in returning calls yet not overbearing. My family and I bought an Acadia last year from Stoops because it was listed as an AWD drive vehicle. We live in the country and have to have this option to get up our hill in the winter. However, we w because it was listed as an AWD drive vehicle. We live in the country and have to have this option to get up our hill in the winter. However, we went to go get it serviced and the service technician informed us that the vehicle was a FWD only. Called Stoops to clarify this issue and they completely shrugged it off and was told it was our problem. I guess it is our problem because we just lost $4,000 in car value in one day. Don’t buy from them unless you know that everything is 100% accurate!!! More
