Customer Experience. I felt like a VIP Hi, I have a 2004 GMC Yukon Denali for 3 years now. As my truck is not new, I have always taken the cheap rout when it comes to parts and service (my Hi, I have a 2004 GMC Yukon Denali for 3 years now. As my truck is not new, I have always taken the cheap rout when it comes to parts and service (my buy here, pay here dealer’s mechanic). I cannot complain about my dealer. My regular mechanic has always helped me with payment plans and he does a great work. I had never before tried what I call (a Fancy Dealers Mechanic) because I thought the price was always high. This time my car had a problem that my regular mechanic could not help me with. He recommended me to go to a GMC directly. Immediately I thought… “Here goes my Vacation Money” I checked on Google and got the address for Stoops Buick GMC. I got to the sales office (very nice place) and immediately after opening the door, one of the sales persons came to me and asked me how he could help me. I explained the situation and he immediately directed me to the service area. When I got to the Service area, I met Mike Gill (my Service Consultant) … What a service! He explained all the services and time required. I was very impressed. The area was very clean and everyone knew what they where doing. Still… I was concerned about my “Vacation Fund”, but I had no choice, I had to fix my car, so I left the car. Since I did not have an appointment and It may take a few hours before he could know exactly what was wrong with my truck, Mike asked if I needed a ride home. I was a little confused. What do you mean? I asked. He told me that they have a shuttle service or something like that. Even though my sister came to pick me up, the very nice lady was there ready to take me back to my place if I needed her to… Once again, I thought… “My Vacation Money”. After a few hours, Mike called me with the big news. It was the Yaw Rate Sensor. He explained what it was and gave me the Grand Total… Not Bad At ALL… Mike worked with me on the price and I gave him the Go Ahead… Next Day (Today) I went to get my truck. Mike was expecting me with all the paperwork in one hand and my keys on the other. He took me to the cashier. I did not had to wait even a minute. He made me feel like I was a VIP customer. When I got to my truck, it was washed. My Truck Looks and Works GREAT. So, in my opinion the price was fair. I expected to pay FAR MORE than what I paid. In terms of service, Stoops Buick GMC provided a Supper Customer Service Experience for me. I have to say, with Service Consultants like Mike Gill, it is very easy to achieve that level of customer satisfaction. I will be back again. More

Great experience from entire team! I purchased a used pre-certified car from Stoops and have been very pleased with this dealership in every way. After I took my car home I found a coup I purchased a used pre-certified car from Stoops and have been very pleased with this dealership in every way. After I took my car home I found a couple minor things that needed repaired and I called my salesman Tony Jones (whom I would definitely recommend). He set me up with the service department This service team is outstanding! They were courteous, efficient, and took care of the problems. They shuttled my wife and I to the mall while the car was being repaired. I live in Terre Haute and bought this car about seventy miles away. Even though there is a Buick dealership just five miles from my house I will continue to take my vehicles to Stoops for my service.
