Stoops Buick GMC feels like home! I went into the service center for an oil change like I normally do where I saw all the familiar friendly faces I'm used to seeing. I'm now a proud owner of a Buick Enclave for the second time! I traded in my 2012 for a 2016 and was given a very fair trade in amount. Everything from communication since we drove 2 1/2 hours, emails for any questions I had, too the vehicle being clean and ready for us just to hop in and test drive. This experience was the fastest deal I have ever experienced from a dealership. Trade, Deal and driving home with a new vehicle in 3 hours and it would have been quicker but I asked to have our 5th wheel hitch removed from our trade in and they did it no questions asked even though the service department was officially closed. Doing so much over the phone and online app made the process much more time efficient and easy! I did stop at 2 other dealerships just to be sure I was doing my due diligence and none of them even compared to Stoops!
