She asked me a few questions and then showed me some options. She walked me through the process and answered all my questions along the way. Soon i had my new car, which i love. I called Stoops to see about a new Terrain. They looked at their inventory and the said one was available. I said, "Great, I'd like to com out to the facility and put a deposit on it. He said he wanted to email me some "numbers". I told him that would be fine but he may need to adjust it for the down payment and that I have GM-S. He stopped me there. He told me no one is accepting GM-S. Well, that isn't true. Why,because I just bought a Buick Encore for my wife at another dealership and they accepted GM-S pricing. He also told me they are adding a $3,000.00 markup on all new vehicles! I will never do business with this organization. To me Stoops is contributing to the inflation we all are feeling as they unscrupulously gouge the price of the vehicles they sell. More

Unfortunately, this dealership is like most. They MUST create overpriced repairs to keep their service department employed. Shame on the dealership manager down to the service manager for being in cahoots using false, mis leading and deceptive practices. You ask for honest opinions and reviews... You got it ! If you choose the Buick GMC brand, you will be much better off(at least) considering another used car dealership. If it's too late for you, watch your back and document every promise made from the top, down. More
