At 7:15 I was already receiving a call from Mr. Gill about what all I wanted done! Not sure if exact time but I know it was around 8:30 Mr. Gill called and told me that they found some bad bearings! I made him aware that it should be under my warranty but that I didn’t know if I had that paperwork! Hepro actively jumped on it and found that I did indeed have warranty and assured me he would get it taken care of! Mr. Gill kept in contact with me during the day about getting parts and such! Once they found a part locally he assured me it would be done at 5:00! When I showed up around 5:15 Mr. Gill was there to greet me and let me know it was done! Awesome customer service! She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure she understands them prior to me leaving or heading to the waiting area. I’m always well informed of the progress of the work being done, especially if it’s outside of the normal oil change and tire rotation. I always leave the dealership feeling confident in the work that was performed, and if I have any questions they are always happy to take their time and explain things to me. Highly recommend this dealership. More

Best service Great service, Cristie Stocking was very efficient in setting up our service at 55,000 miles. Never again We had to take the car back twice to get fixed because it wasn't fully inspected the first time. Don't make same mistake twice Daughter bought a used car and as soon as they had check in hand the attitude for customer service changed. Ended up speaking with Mr.Meyers and now understand why the rest of the staff acts as they do. Was told they recorded phone calls with daughter and when ask who gave the dealer permission to record phone calls Mr.Meyers turned very defensive. I told him I would contact the BBB and he said he didn't care because he had been with the for several years and had a good rating so it wouldn't matter. He also stated that the issue with the car was fine when it left dealer and it had been 5 days so they were not responsible for it. A class act for the leader of a company. Guess that's what happens when you from out of town. Not naming salesman due to attitudes filter down the chain of command. So it's understandable now. More

He is very friendly and even more knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. Also I would like to acknowledge Toni Golladay in the service department she is always willing to answer any question you may have and always gets my car in for service or maintenance in a timely manner. Awful Customer Service We had worked with salesman Bob Barker for a new Encore. After test driving the car we went back to the dealership where Mr. Barker offered the propo We had worked with salesman Bob Barker for a new Encore. After test driving the car we went back to the dealership where Mr. Barker offered the proposed price for the car. We told him we would have to think about it. Later that evening, Mr. Baker called to say that the GM, Jim Meyers, had authorized him to offer us a lower price. Following that discussion, we agreed and advised that we could be there the following evening to complete the paperwork for the car. Mr. Baker noted that he would not be at the dealership that evening but told us that the deal was all ready to go and another salesperson would handle everything in his absence. That next afternoon we had a family member experience a medical emergency which caused them to be rushed to the emergency room. When it became apparent it would be necessary for us to be at the hospital for several hours we called the dealership to notify them of the situation and that we would be there that next morning. Approximately 20 minutes after that call we received a call Mr. Barker. He said that even though he was out of the office, the dealership had contacted him about our situation. During that phone call, be proceeded to tell us that it didn't matter that we were at the emergency room. If we didn't come to the dealership that night, the deal was off. We couldn't believe his attitude. We called Mr. Meyers to explain our situation but was told he was busy. Mr. Barker, nor Mr. Meyers ever contacted us again. Needless to say, we were saddened and shocked. We will never recommend Stoops to anyone if that is how they treat customers! More
