Mike Gill is awesome! Brought my truck in for a simple oil change and alignment. Dropped it off before work for my 7 a.m. appointment! At 7:15 I was already receiving a call from Mr. Gill about what all I wanted done! Not sure if exact time but I know it was around 8:30 Mr. Gill called and told me that they found some bad bearings! I made him aware that it should be under my warranty but that I didn’t know if I had that paperwork! Hepro actively jumped on it and found that I did indeed have warranty and assured me he would get it taken care of! Mr. Gill kept in contact with me during the day about getting parts and such! Once they found a part locally he assured me it would be done at 5:00! When I showed up around 5:15 Mr. Gill was there to greet me and let me know it was done! Awesome customer service!
