We had a code and reduced engine power almost to Richmond, We called several dealers as we limped the vehicle home and Stoops were the only dealer willing to even look at it same day. Mike Gill was our Service Consultant and he worked us in to their already busy schedule. The Technician, Brian Olson, scanned our codes and made the replacement of the throttle body. We were back on there road heading back towards Erie in about an hour. They went over and above any dealer I have ever dealt with! More
