Everyone in the dealership were extremely nice and helpful.. as i went on the test drive my daughter and my step dad stayed behind, they came out keeping them company even gave my daughter a chocolate chip cookie.😁 As far as my experience with Brett Estes and my reasoning for his 5star rating is because he absolutely went above and beyond what he had to do for me.. From the very beginning he was very nice and helpful... I told him my budget and instead of not listening and trying to sell me the most expensive car on the lot he tried his best to find me the best car he could for what i could afford.. Even as i was checking it out and went to look underneath the car for damages or rust he even offered me his own phone to use for a flashlight to see better. That and probably the most important fact of all, My daughter has leukemia and we have to make an hr and a half drive down to Riley children's hospital once a month for her treatment, and i myself am on disability for my own health problems.. So i am owed a back pay check from ssi, but i could get approved for a early amount as long as i turned in all the proper paperwork from a dealer with exact numbers and they would direct deposit the funds to my account a couple days later.. therefore knowing our situation he went way...... out of his way to make it happen for us. You of course always have to have a down payment to hold the car so it isn't sold from underneath you in the meantime of paying it in full.. Usually its 10% at least which in my case would of been $700.. theres no way in the world i had that. I told him theres no way i had that money that i couldn't put anything down all i could do was wait a couple of days for the funds, so he decided to go talk to his manager and allowed me to put $100 for a payment (my parent helped me with and was refunded when i cane to pick it up), but a down payment to hold a vehicle is unheard of!!!! Not only did he make that happen for us when we came to pick it up he had filled the gas tank completely full, which only happens when its a brand new car not a used one, he still had it filled up.... This is the 2nd vehicle I've bought from there, and the dealership was just as helpful. Not only would i recommend stoops to anyone in search for a vehicle, but i would triple recommend Brett Estes to any and everybody that would listen... He absolutely went above and beyond for my family and i am forever grateful!!!!!!!?😁 More
