My experience could not have been better. I went in looking for an SUV. I was shown all of the various models. We were walking by a Regal GS and I remarked it looked nice. The salesman, Dale Rains, had looking for an SUV. I was shown all of the various models. We were walking by a Regal GS and I remarked it looked nice. The salesman, Dale Rains, had me sit in it as he told me the car’s various features. Before long I was wanting a Regal. He investigated what colors were available. Swapped out with another dealer to obtain the car in the color I wanted. Due to the pandemic Dale came to my home to sign the paperwork. The car was delivered to me at our house. It had been completely detailed and sanitized. All the options were on it that I wanted. The finance lady had called and this was all taken care of over the phone. The whole experience was much better than going in and waiting. In fact, I hope this service continues. It was a much more efficient use of my time. Everything was orchestrated superbly. Mr.Dale Rains kept me informed every step of the way via texts. This 21st century way of purchasing a vehicle. Good job! More
