Bought a 2017 chevy camaro, drove it off the lot and on my way home it had a rumble in the car. Called salesman with no response. Went the next day and they scheduled for repair advised it was the torque my way home it had a rumble in the car. Called salesman with no response. Went the next day and they scheduled for repair advised it was the torque converter. The day before schedule repair they called and advised didnt have a loaner vehicle. I advised they could come and get it and they then starting with charging me 129.99. Bottom line they sold a car with problems and now wants me to pay for it. I paid 39 thousand for a vehicle and now will have to fork out more. Nothing but rude and didnt care about nothing but the 129.99. Beware. More

If it weren't for Richard, I wouldn't of even given one star. I bought a used 2015 buick regal in February of 2021. I expressed the absolute importance of having a dependable vehicle and was assured that all of their used vehicles are "certified" and checked very well. During the first 35 days, the hub assembly went out. Two weeks later the battery had a dead cell in it and wouldn't register the key fob so the vehicle wouldn't start. It was going to cost over $450 to fix. When I made the argument that i hadn't even had the car 90 days, I was told quote: "things happen. They're processed and put on the lot and if i wasnt happy with the car, I could trade it in." After much stress and argument, Richard did get the cost of fixing those issues taken care of which is why I stated if it weren't for him..I wouldn't of even rated stoops a single star. Now..a month later, I'm having issues with the rotars, breaks and the dash board. A 16k loan to get this "certified " used vehicle and all I have had is issues with this car!! I hate to see what it's going to cost to fix whatever is going on with it now. I went there thinking I was in good hands, but boy was I wrong! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
