My experience in buying a car at Stoops was a pleasant, non-stressful experience! I had postponed getting another car for months and months because I was anxious about the process. For over 15 years I have non-stressful experience! I had postponed getting another car for months and months because I was anxious about the process. For over 15 years I have dealt with the Stoops Service Department, and they were wonderful! So I knew buying another car would definitely be with Stoops. Pat Bowen was wonderfully patient with me. To me, test driving was key, and he made sure I could check out all the driving situations that I was concerned about. Pat explained everything very thoroughly, and I was impressed by his willingness to answer any and all questions (even my trivial ones!). He urged me to contact him in the coming days if I have any further questions. Ryan was very helpful in processing the paper work for my purchase. I definitely am glad to continue my long experience with Stoops! More
