Dealer markup of the new Ford Lightening Truck of $25. 000.00 is so wrong. I called many others and they don't markup the sticker. Salesman was nice but he said it is what the dealership is doing. Another 000.00 is so wrong. I called many others and they don't markup the sticker. Salesman was nice but he said it is what the dealership is doing. Another greedy dealership that I hope falls to greed. Dan Shea was very polite. More
Stoneham Ford always provides top rate service. From the friendliness of the service writers to the quality of work by their technicians it makes perfect sense to use them for your repairs. I have been going here for oil changes and service for years with several trucks I have owned. Now that my factory warranty is up, I was told by a rude service rep that hey are only servicing vehicles tha years with several trucks I have owned. Now that my factory warranty is up, I was told by a rude service rep that hey are only servicing vehicles that were purchased here and he told me to go where I purchased the vehicle. I purchased my truck from Muzi because I got the best deal and they had what I was looking for. Muzi is now out of business. So thanks Stoneham Ford for just blowing me off and leaving me stranded.... Worse customer service experience I have ever had. Take your vehicle to another dealer if you want someone who cares about you buying a Ford. More
Service department replaced parts and forced me to pay for it. That’s about as good as their service got. I got an estimate for $1,250.00 to replace turbo coolant lines on my truck, discussed with Mike th for it. That’s about as good as their service got. I got an estimate for $1,250.00 to replace turbo coolant lines on my truck, discussed with Mike that it may be higher since the exhaust manifold and studs may need to be replaced (as studs break off sometimes in the head and have to be replaced) which could increase the cost to $1,650. I said ok to the $1,650 and got a bill for $2,021. Why? They said they had to remove the starter and replace it to get the manifold out. Why did they replace the starter? Because they claimed the wiring was bad on it and they couldn’t reinstall it. Did they call and get the ok from me? No. Now considering I don’t have a lift to qualify their statement (as the starter never gave me any problems and that’s not what I was there for) I cannot confirm their claim. A conversation with Mike and the service manager Steve W. was useless and both Mike and Steve started yelling at me claiming I was in the wrong for pointing out their massive screw up. So this is the type of service you can expect. Read the negative reviews first! They’ll tell you everything you need to know about their “ford certified quality workmanship”. Better yet, find a local trusted mechanic and give them the business. More

I just visited this dealership and was shocked that they were not interested in selling me a vehicle. I went into look at the new bronco, I understood that they are not available and I would need to order b were not interested in selling me a vehicle. I went into look at the new bronco, I understood that they are not available and I would need to order but I was looking for practicing their best model and was willing to spend $65,000. They had one model on the floor that was already sold and they told me I could not open the door to look at it. Then the four sales people that were sitting at their desk didn't even bother to ask if I was interested in ordering and getting more information. They ignored me and just let me walk out without even approaching me. I was shocked that they would be that lazy and uninterested in making a sale and will plan on going elsewhere and will not return to this dealership ever again! Was shocked! Just wanted to warn future perspective buyers that this is not a good dealership to do business with. More

They have quality people doing a consistently outstanding job. Recently I bought a car from Stoneham Ford and we equally impressed with the sales person: David O'Shea as well. We impressed enough to recommend David to our son. He also bought a car there and is very pleased with David as well. I have nothing but praise for Stoneham Ford. Thank You Carl Mirabello More
